F15 (https://f15.run) is an online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between f15 and its users ("you" or "Member").

• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, report it to f15 Support immediately.
• KYC documents required for registration (NID, passport, or driving licence) must be provided upon request.

F15 is a service intended for adults only. In line with Bangladesh's definition of adulthood, only users aged 18 or above are eligible to register on f15.

• At the time of registration, you must declare that you are over 18 years of age.
• F15 may request a national ID card or other government-issued document for age verification at any time.
• F15 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold until age verification is complete.

We have implemented technical measures to prevent minors from accessing f15. Should an underage account be created regardless, f15 will close it and return the balance.

F15 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in accordance with our payment policy.

Deposit Rules:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (mobile banking) and ৳1,000 (bank transfer).
• Deposits must be made using a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions may be reversed.

Withdrawal Rules:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes for mobile banking and 30 minutes to 2 hours for bank transfers.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will be sent only to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

General Bonus Terms:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once on the first deposit.
• Bonus wagering requirements are generally 15–30x the bonus amount.
• Wagering must be completed within the specified time limit after a bonus is claimed; otherwise, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Maximum withdrawal amounts on bonus winnings may be capped.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses from multiple accounts on the same IP address or device will result in all bonuses being voided.

• If suspicious betting patterns are detected, f15 will settle the bet after completing an investigation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on f15 and may result in immediate account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities or bugs in the betting system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Bonus abuse: Attempting to claim the same offer multiple times.
• Attempting to launder money or process illegal funds through f15.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Misconduct or threats directed at other users or f15 staff.

F15 may temporarily or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• In the event of a breach of terms and conditions.
• If KYC verification is incomplete or false information has been submitted.
• When suspicious financial activity is detected.
• At the user's own request (due to self-exclusion or responsible betting reasons).

Before closing an account, f15 will generally notify the user by email or SMS and explain the reason. In urgent cases, the account may be closed first with notification to follow. Users may also request account closure themselves at any time.

F15 strives to guarantee the highest level of service; however, its liability is limited in certain circumstances:

• F15 is not liable for any losses caused by internet connectivity issues or faults with a user's device.
• F15's liability is limited for delays caused by third-party payment gateway issues.
• In the event of an unexpected technical error or server downtime, f15 may provide an equivalent benefit in lieu of compensation.
